Chando lives in New York City. Chando started her acting career at Manhattan College. Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman in the TV soap opera As The World Turns from 2005-2007 and, for a short period beginning in late 2009 when she returned to the character. Alexandra began her career in acting on the TV series House Blend on which she portrayed Jenna Harper. As the World Turns on CBS was her first TV performance following three years. In the year 2009 Chando was cast in the American documentary TV series True life and further appeared in the TV series, Sherri. In addition, Chando starred in the two episodes of Glory Dze as Annabelle. Also, her credits in TV include Castle as well as Hindsight.
